Yarmouth police are investigating a deadly three-car crash that occurred Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, a 79-year-old man swerved into oncoming traffic and hit two other cars.
When police arrived, they found the man in apparent cardiac arrest.
He later died at the hospital.
The two other drivers were hurt, but are expected to survive.
